I have a T machine with 8k hours on it and was pulled for arterial pressure alarms when the BFR is put above 300. The arterial pressure will go to -200 then alarm when other machines I've verified will go well past -200 without alarming. i have verified settings and they seem to be the same as others. i have so far tried swapping blood pumps with rotor , working sensor/ function boards.... what else could it be mother board? am i missing something simple? any help would be much appreciated

Is it possible the machine is set for a post blood pump drip chamber? This is the only thing I can think of. This is controlled by the dip switch 2 on the LP955 board. Check section 2.3.1 of the calibration procedures.
You said you replaced the blood pumps with rotor. Did you replace the entire blood pump module?

yes swapped the complete module and the problem did not follow to the other machine.

The one thing that is simple would be the cable that connects to the blood pump module. I think I would consult with Fresenius tech support before changing the mother board. They may be familiar with this problem.
