Anyone know how to clear this without power cycling the machine?

I believe this is a watchdog alarm of sorts. I haven't had any luck clearing these without a hard reset.

If you remove the bibag for a few seconds, put it back on, and wait a minute, it will sometimes clear itself.

Calibrate the pressure transducers

I had this pop up today for me and here is what I did:
- Brought machine into condo (even with bibag: pht fail alarm) - Checked my FLWP from the debug screen 0 - Mine was around 173 so I adjusted mine down to about 159 (turned the bolt on the flow motor head to the left) - Let it stabilize while monitoring it - After stabilization I put super glue on the bolt to keep it from moving
Took about 5 minutes to clear and I ran it for 3 hours just to see if it would pop up again and it didn't. It passed tests 4 times and it is in heat disinfect now. May not work for everyone but worth a try.

My opinion is that if you follow the operator manual, you open door for 30 seconds, remove bibag and put it back on, close door, the machine will then do the bibag PHT again. the problem is, the machine does not clear the alarm. You have to wait 5 to 10 minutes (I tell the nurses to write down the time, and wait 15 minutes. Most clinical staff wait 2 or 3 minutes and say "its not working"), and if the alarm does not clear, maybe turn machine off/on, or pull it.
This is a huge software problem. Since the alarm does not clear, even if you press the "reset" button, everyone thinks there is still a problem. In my experience, there is no problem most of the time (although the bibag pressure transducers can always be a problem). You just have to know to wait. AFter 15 minutes if the alarm has not cleared, THEN you have to do something.

Anyone know how to clear this without power cycling the machine? When this alarm appears all I do is remove bibag, then wait about 5-10 seconds them reseat bibag then it is a waiting game. It should clear. If it does not then it most likely wail be transducer # 10 on the bibag board that is extremely labor intensive and should most likely cure your problem permanently. FKC is aware of the issue and your transducer should be version D if it does not have that on transducer you are using the old style and they have very well known failures and FKC has fixed it by changing that transducer to the new version. REV.D shpould be on the actual transducer. Hope this help's? it helped me and BTW I HATE bluestar

If it's happening when the machine has the bibag attached and in normal run mode, then typically removing the bibag for 5-10 sec and reattaching it will clear the error. If it happens when the machine is on the initial screen with no bibag on, then first try power cycling the machine. If that doesn't work then I would try calibrating your regulator pressures, see if that helps. If not check your transducers attached to the bibag (106, 110) We have some machines that are still running the A model that have been giving us some issues and have been trying to switch those out with the D model.
