The machine:
2008T non bibag machine with the Bluestar upgrade. 29K hours 5T0S.
So after a long session in the T.S. guide, this is what I have found.
The symptoms:
Conductivity shoots up to 17 and post is about 25, confirmed with 90XL. Loading pressure peaks to 25 but drops bellow 11 (more like to 8) about once every 15 seconds or about 4 or 5 cycles on the B.C.. Valve 41 is not cycling with the B.C. and only opens about as often as the LP drops. Dialysate flow is set to 800 but I'm only receiving about 250. In the diagnostic valve test I'm only failing valve 29 consistently. No Flow Errors present (that it knows about.)
The Replacements:
A lot has been done. Concentrate pumps new, and they are testing good and in range. New Motors and heads in both flow and deair pumps. All new temp sensors and all new pressure transducers. New hydrochamber with all accessories. Actuator board and Function board new. New flow pressure relief. New mixing chamber, old one was leaking but did find an obstruction in the one I took out (hard water chip from the bottom covering the hole pretty good.) New heat exchanger thinking that might be causing 29 to fail and didn't resolve the failure. 29 and its o-ring new. B.C. membranes have been replaced.
The Testing:
the guide has a way you can check for obstructions by unplugging and and plugging valves to see where an obstruction could be and came back with inconclusive results. B.C. Manual valve leak test passed with zero leakage waiting for 20+ seconds on each valve. All pressures besides the loading pressure are good. Diagnostic valve leak test is only valve 29 consistently failing, I had a couple other fail bad once and tested them 5 more times for good measure and all past.
There is a good chance that I'm missing something as this has been a down machine for over a month. Ill update as I remember and as I find out more.
