I have a 2008t machine with software upgrade around 13,000 hours who is intermittently showing a low flow error only when the hansens are connected to the dialyzer.
Am lost and need all the suggestions!!!!!

What have you done so far to the machine? If you haven't already, go thru the FMC TS guide.
Also, with that "low" number of hours it could be as simple as the flow error being the motor brushes.

I have:
checked the flow and the deaeration both are good, did the valve test it was good, simulated treatment it was fine, checked inlet water valve it was fine.
I am at a loss.

if brushes are good , most likely CFS fyi that Valve leak test sucks. let us know

Check your FLWP on debug screen 0. This is the actual voltage going to the flow motor. At an 800 flow rate, it should be at 160. You can adjust this by turning the screw on the flow pump head. I've had a luck with some flow issues by dialing that to 158-159, as that will also help with eliminating false PHT failures.
I have heard mixed things about the valve leak tests, but I have used them pretty faithfully. They are really only useful for seeing if a valve is stuck open, as the test will pass even if the valves have a bad coil resistance. Won't do anything for you if one of them is sticking closed.
