I'm looking for quick disconnects for our machine 3/8" ID inlet water lines but I'm not having much luck finding what I'm picturing in my head. What I think I have seen is plastic and has some size to it. What I'm finding probably isn't much more than 3/4" in diameter and maybe 1-1/2" long.
What are you using? Picture and supplier would be appreciated!

I have been pleased with the CPC EFC series polypropylene disconnects with shutoffs. The inline 3/8" hose barb body is EFCD17612 and the insert is EFCD23612. They are 2.23" and 1.90" long respectively.

I've been looking at the CPC fittings and they are rated for up to 60 psi. This facility has a direct feed RO on the first floor with a VERY long distribution loop for 39 stations on the second floor. The loop is 1" Sch 80 PVC and has 16 gpm flowing through it. The pressure coming out of the RO is 100 psi and 40 psi on the return. Next week I plan to rig up a gauge and check the pressure around the loop. My fear is that the fittings won't hold up.

I use the NS4 fittings from CPC. They are rated at 120 psi. If you use grainger, the part numbers are 2YDP6 and 2YDR1 for the male and female barbed 3/8 fittings. The bulkhead fitting is 2YDR6.

Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for! If you can use US Plastics ( usplastics.com ) they are almost $20 cheaper per set.
