UPDATE:Pretty much there is no update! It has now been 10.5 weeks without the use of an otherwise perfectly good piece of equipment. Being down a machine while having to dedicate machines as COVID+ machines really puts a damper on things.
Supposedly, a PIR has been filed in the hopes of getting some kind of response from QA at least. Keep in mind that a "customer complaint" was filed back in October and there has been nothing official on that.
I'm starting to feel like I'm dealing with Fresenius! Totally ridiculous. I had the same issue when we had saline problems. Little to no communication and not all communication I received was accurate.
