I have Bluestar machine all around 15,000hrs, I have been having issue with some machines leaking water from the bibag holder. Its start to leak during rinse and heat disinfect cycles. So just have to stop. I remove and replace O-rings and still same issue. I have replaced about 3 bibag holder complete. But it there any reason they maybe leaking. Is it happening anywhere else or just my clinic.

I have had this happen to one machine. My mentor also had one recently. Changed everything possible but ended up replacing the entire assembly. The only thing I can think of is the clam is not aligning correctly to seal. Possibly related to the hinge or the latch.

Are you all submitting product complaint for this issue.
Yes the door doesn't seem to stay open to the top. I have take apart the whole holder and there is a rod and spring in there. I don't know if the spring just lost its tension and is what might be causing the issue. I am totally breaking my head trying to fix the issue. Only thing is replacing the whole bibag holder. My boss thinks is the staff breaking them and wants me to in-service the staff again. Which I am already doing. In our Rtom area im the only one having this issue, but I have had the machine the longest from everyone else. Do you mind telling me what clinic # you and co workers work at. Maybe this is a manufacture issue and we can get them replaced for free.

Having the same issue and scratching my head as well. Only thing I can come up with is replacing the whole bibag holder assembly. No one else having same issue in my area either.

I have had this problem multiple times and what I found, and it works for me was there is a tiny spring that works loose that is seated in a slot behind the nozzles they work loose after a while. When you open your Bibag door on the top portion there is three white dots remove the white foam and take the screws out push the latch back to remove the plate and you will see the two little springs that fell inside. on each nozzle there is a slot were these go reinsert the springs, and close everything back up. The only time i have had to replace a holder is when they are cracked inside. hope this helps someone.

If you open the bibag door and it will not stay up but closes and works fine otherwise. If you take the top apart, you should find a piece of plastic broken that ride in the hinge pin. This makes the top go up as the hinge turns when the latch is released.
