Is anyone familiar with the Aquaboss RO system for the acutes program. I have a RO leaking thru the chemical port.

Are you talking about the Aquaboss sold by B. Braun or the AquaB sold by Fresenius?

Are you talking about the Aquaboss sold by B. Braun or the AquaB sold by Fresenius? He wrote AquaBoss twice so I think he means the AquaBoss.

Can you please post a picture of what you're describing? Are you referring to the portable?

How do you inject the chemical? Insert a syringe as if were a sample port? If so, I'm guessing it's seal is worn out. You could try flushing it with water, maybe a piece of dirt keeping it from sealing. How old is the machine?

Nurse mentioned it started squirting out of the chemical port and water coming out of the bottom while in dialysis mode

Has it recently been disinfected? During the disinfect you typically cap the concentrate hose, has that cap been removed? No errors or faults while running in dialysis mode? Is it also squirting out in standby phase or ONLY in dialysis mode? Is your inlet water regulator adjusted to 18-20 psi on the lower end, ideally peaking to around 50 psi? There’s also a check valve located on the bottom, opposite TS2 that could be failing.

Based on the system - with the water coming out of the block and the chemical port - it can only be the level sensor causing the issue.

Try installing a quick connect with tubing that goes into the tank, the other side you can use for disinfection
