Machine is BlueStar with below 6000hrs, giving V104/108 stuck closed message. Pressure transducers 106 and 110 were replaced with Ref D. and machine ran correctly. Then message reappeared and was pulled again. I have replaced Pressure Transducer 9 and CFS with rev. D, I went through Trouble Shooting guide to the end where it states "valve 104 or obstruction between blue connector and bic pump". I replaced valve 104 and see no obstructions, machine rinse and then time is blinking it will give the 104/108 stuck closed banner. Any suggestions?

Put machine in rinse and it has to complete the cycle. Air in the lines causing this

The machine has been rinsed and rinsed. When it gives the message the machine is still in rinse, I can pull out the blue or red spike and it still seems to be rinsing? It doesn't give a interrupt message, the time is down to 0.00 and blinking.

check your wand handle to insure that the magnet is still there on your acid and bicarb if it is check your reed switchs if they are ok could be a board issue call tech services

Two things must happen to complete a successful rinse. First, "Bic Press" must exceed 500mmHg while rinsing. Second, at the end of the rinse cycle, "Bic Press" must drop to less than 90mmHg during the 4 second venting process. If either of these does not happen, the alarm will not clear. You need to determine which of these two items is not happening in order to troubleshoot this error. This can be seen on debug screen 15.

It doesn't give a interrupt message, the time is down to 0.00 and blinking. Try and calibrate regulator pressures. If you receive a bic press error then replace transducer 110. I once had a machine bluestar machine that ran fine on wall acid but as soon as it went to jug received a 105 stuck msg. This particular case i replaced transducer 105 and fixed the issue.

Check the bibag bicarb distribution box for bicarb buildup on circuit board also check blue cable from said board to bibag board on actuator board of pinches or cuts.

BMF: What does it mean for each of those scenarios?

BMF: What does it mean for each of those scenarios? Those two scenarios are required on a bibag machine to complete a successful rinse thus clearing the 104/108 error. The first scenario where the BIC PRESS must exceed 500, Valve 100 opens allowing loading pressure to flow through transducer 110. (This is also an easy check to to see if V100 is opening BTW). When this happens you should see BIC PRESS rise above 500 usually in the mid 800's depending on the last stored offsets from the regulator pressure calibrations. If it does, you have one of the two things needed to clear the error and complete a successful rinse cycle. The second scenario and the cause of 90% of the V104/108 errors, BIC PRESS must drop to below 90 during the 4 second pause at the end of the rinse cycle. This venting process is the cause of most 104/108 errors. If it does not, now you need to troubleshoot the venting process. Knowing which of these two scenarios you have, will greatly help you troubleshoot the issue and give you a starting point. When both of these scenarios occur, the 104/108 message will clear.

you must also hit the CONFIRM key after a complete rinse, not enter or reset but CONFIRM

Did you get this problem fixed? I have found that sometimes there is an o-ring stuck in the bicarb port preventing a complete rinse. Also the Enter button or Confirm button can be pressed after rinse is completed.

Have the same exact issue V104/V108 stuck closed timer on 0:00 blinking(end of rinse),bob in up position, flow pump not stopping & blue connector(male) water squirting on service mode. Replaced bibag hydraulic assy(brand new), swapped ALL boards except board inside beige box(dist bx 2),swapped V104 V108. Any ideas, called TS was not able to resolve issue. Your help will be highly appreciated

I would like to add to this check inside your ports, sometime orings break off inside the port which prevent them from getting an actual seal, take a flash light and look inside the acid/bicarb ports

I know it's obvious, but did you change valve 108? I had this exact thing happen to me, and I tried all the things you mentioned, but finally changed valve 108 which is the rinse port valve over on the right side by itself. That was my issue.
