Good Afternoon, I have a Bluestar machine that keeps failing all the Actuator Temp. test's High and low, it also fails Actuator Conductivity high and low, only when we try to use the Bibag. When we use the jug it passes everything. iv replaced sensor board, actuator board, both cables . Replaced all temp sensors and calibrated them all, also calibrated conductivity cells. calibrated acid and bicarb pumps, calibrated transducer pressures checked D-Air /Flow / Loading pressures- all good. Has anyone had this problem any input is greatly appreciated. thanks

I've seen this when running on a wall box but i have yet to figure out the root cause. When i re-run the alarms tests after failing it passes every time. Starting to wonder if its a software issue?

It's not just bibag machines, have some regular 5 T's that do the same thing at another clinic and didn't start till the 2.74 was installed on them.

It's that board in the bibag assembly 2 in the middle, bibag distribution board.

I wonder about Bibag interface board connected to the actuator board.

How close to TCD is your actual conductivity? If you are say .3 or so away from TCD, I have seen these temp and conductivity failures.

I would suggest reseating actuator board and recall temp comp make sure to turn temp com off after calibration.
