Zysatech Milleniun RO problem

Guys i need help, i have a portable RO that the wires inside the electronic was burnt, replaced them including the switches, power, valve and disinfection. now when i turn on the valve no water on the drain. i followed the lines and keep checking for water and i do, just little to no water on the waste..replaced membrane, replaced pump head, my pump pressure is only 5 psi. Help!
