I suggest you get a fitting saver as part of your water treatment tools. I am not endorsing any company, but this gives you a good idea of what a fitting saver can do. www.plumbingsupply.com/pvcsaver.html Whatever valves and fittings you buy or the vendor provides, be sure you have the same brand as part of your spare parts. Union ball valves may be listed as the same size, but the valve bodies are not interchangeable. Two popular companies for valves and fittings are Ryan Herco and Harrington Plastics.

If you want a kit for all the pre-treatment side, I would reach out to Mar-cor (or Evoqua I think it is called now). They have a kit that comes in 3 pieces, all on racks. Comes with the ports and gauges already on, easy to setup. We used it on a remodel for our water room. For fittings and such, US Plastics is a great resource
