''Degassing circuit malfunction'' this error appears during disinfection. I have noticed that the PE reading is fixed at -559 mmHg.
the number is fixed in both modes, treatment, and disinfection. (NOTE: EP reading is around 1450)
I have exchanged the PE sensor but it did not work, and I have done a reset for all boards too.

I have checked it from TSM mode and it was working normally. The device's working hours are zero! I installed it just today! |

Update!! After long troubleshooting, the problem was in Basic Board BB!

I just got back from vacation and saw this thread and just wanted to add that
before I left we received a new machine and the tech who commissioned our others
stated I should do it, I went to class and they are busy.

Chuck, I just got back from vacation and saw this thread and just wanted to add that before I left we received a new machine and the tech who commissioned our others stated I should do it, I went to class and they are busy. Almost any trained tech can do it (even me  ), it's not difficult. Commissioning is part of the purchase price. My guys and I work with the installation tech by unpackaging and installing all of the ancillaries but the actual set-up and validation is all on them. Being "busy" is no excuse IMHO. Every machine order we've ever gotten, the commissioning is setup at the same time as the delivery. If you were a Davita clinic the tech would have installed it in a heartbeat! |

Hi Ken, How many machines did you commission? It was only one, and I didn't mind but thought it odd since they did all the others we have purchased over the years. Does Braun have a policy as to who is to do the commissioning? Again, no big deal. |
