Bibag machine with 17717 hours. I replaced a UI-Mics board uploaded chairside image, it is working properly. Problem I have now is i go to rinse machine 15 seconds then get check acid connector. Keep in mind this machine had just been through a bleach. I can select chemical rinse and it goes through pre-rinse just fine. select acid rinse goes through pre-rinse with no issues. I put it through a complete heat disinfect no issues. I have checked all cables and reseated the boards. After heat I cut the machine back on now getting V105 stuck.

Check the wires on the valves. With bibag machines I have had more wires just randomly coming off the valves than years of k/k2 machines

Look into transducer 106 readings and make sure its calibrated correctly. Post your fix.

It could be a dirty filter in the acid handle.

usually if the transducer wont calibrate its 106 or 105 when replacing make sure board dont get wet, if no luck from there you move on to valves, next check cable that goes to the interface board before the board its self

first thing to check the wand filter /after clinics switched to Citra clean seems those get plugged faster and will throw that error alarm

Try replacing the acid port, I have replaced the acid port when this happens and have not had a single one come back for same issue.

Could be your snap ring cannot hold against pressure for long (had this happen recently with the same issue you're having. Replaced ring and worked fine)or 105 may be crapping out.

my fix was the ribbon cable going to the gen2 board that's connected to the Actuator board, it was just about unplugged. I had replaced the keyboard earlier and didn't notice it.
