I have a very new machine, 9.12 which will run fine but then out of the blue will give us that conductivity error and red alarm. It will usually do it multiple times in a row lasts for a minute or two and will go away for a good while then randomly appear. Thoughts?

That's a new alarm message for me. If the conductivity isn't being reached I would expect a mixing ratio alarm.
FYI...I don't think 9.12 would be considered "very new". I have a group of machines that we bought in 2018 and they have 9.1A so, your 9.12's are at least that old.

Couple times I have had this it was the KP supervisor readings not giving a reading, sitting at 0. Sometimes reseating the connection for the hall effect sensor would take care of it, others I had to replace the sensor.

So the software is 9.1E and the alarm is "final conductivity limit", thanks.

So I do not have the 9's...we still have the 8's but I would check the temps sensors to see if one is off and I would check the conductivity sensors to see if any are off as well. Sounds like something might be close to being out of calibration which would cause the intermittent alarms. Also if you use jugs you might want to check the tubing and connectors to make sure you are not sucking air into the lines but most of the time that would be a ratio alarm not a final conductivity.

There were some issues with leaking cells lately. I think it was mentioned that the batch 04/05-21 is affeceted by this. There is a date stamp on top of the cell, it is very small you may need a magnifying glas.

Joey...You were correct. One of the temp sensors was drifting in and out.

Nice, how did you find the issue?

Sorry for the delay. ENDLF was bad. Replaced, calibrated, error free.
