so there is an update for the dbk disc/spring...but should you also replace the rvk and rvb discs with the new disc and spring?

I haven't heard about this. What's the "update"?

I don't think there's an update other than a different disk for DBK. The RVB and RVK should be what they originally were still. In the event it fails the PM check, you can try to clean it. If you need to replace it, it would be the same parts you used before.

for the dbk it's a white "bowl" with a hole in the middle and a new spring, the old style was flat gray disc and the black flat rubber seal that went over it.
I'm having a machine with repeated condo issues. First I replaced all the condo sensors then I replaced the dbk, rvb, and rvk thinking since the dbk got this "bowl" style surely the other two would benefit. What do they say about assuming again? I've also replaced a couple temp sensors but still having bicarb alarms. not convinced it doesn't have a bad board but wondered if putting that "new" style in rvb and rvk might be playing a role...I really hate moving temp sensors to calibrate but here I'll go again...I'll make a different thread regarding that condo issue if need be, there's still a few things I need to double check (like the pump)
just wondering about the discs being different and if I need to un-update those two.
