Turn machine off push hydraulic carriage back in button it down. When I turned machine back on all hell broke loose, 24V low, blood still sensed, Art. BP no comm. check all connections on all modules cleaned and reset all boards. Seems like I’m overlooking something. Can anyone help out.

It could be a coincidence, but it sounds like something happened when you pushed the hydraulics back in. Did you check all the connections at the distribution board to see if any cables got pulled loose? Is it possible one of the cables got pinched and damaged when you put the hydraulics back in? Did you check the connections leading to the card cage itself?

Having this same issue on a Blue Star machine with about 20k hours. Did anyone figure out what's causing this?

I had a similar issue with Art BP no comm and a code with an E.08. After extensive troubleshooting, found the transformer on the power supply was the issue. Voltage would drop below the tolerance of 22.8v causing the alarm. Replaced the transformer and voltage holding steady at 24-25v. Just something else to look at.
