Good Morning. I have a question regarding the arterial and venous limits which spread once the patient is on the machine. I have one machine where when the nurse starts the patient treatment the alarm limits will not move around the actual pressures but stay fixed at -200 or + 200. This is a fairly new machine, 9.1E and does it every treatment. I have checked the A/V pressures and they are spot on. I’m not sure if I am missing something in the system config that might be set wrong or it is another issue you might know of. Thank you for your time.

If it’s not moving off the -200 and won’t go lower, that’s in the calibration screen to set it lower

I think he means they won't tighten around the measured pressure once the treatment is started.
Kendec, How does it react when you do a mock treatment?

Thank you both for the replies. I believe Admin answered my question if I wasn't clear. When running a treatment, say the patient's venous pressure is 180, the limits will not adjust past 200 on the high end. If they crank the blood flow up the pressure goes over 200 and alarms. I'll have to look at one of our good machines compared to this one and see what they set different during commissioning. Thank you both. This is what happens when you own a Braun and they don't break enough and you forget things.

I believe it’s 2.12? PA/PV alarm limits - and then PA absolute low - change that to -300 and hit calibrate.
