I finished an annual on this machine about a month ago and since then it fails diasafe test.
My pressures are in spec, replaced the UF pump, changed the whole Diasafe holder+ filter, Replaced the V28, rebuilt V24, V26. Put machines back to back and verified that its not an electrical/board issue.
I am starting to go a little crazy.
The issue I am seeing is in dialysis mode everything works fine. Passes self test, simulated treatment with no issues, ect.
Once I go to diasafe test the TMP shoots up to over 600, sometimes even over 800. Then fails. I have a feeling there is a flow issue because when I try to do dialysate pressure cal, the bobber barely moves. But during treatment or rinse it moves fine.
I just for the life of me cant figure out where it might be.

What model machine?
I had that exact problem with a K before. Turned out I inadvertently pinched the wires to 28 behind the UF pump during the PM causing a short....28 couldn't open.

Best bet: page 629 of the T/S Guide. You've already eliminated several of the steps so it should narrow it down fairly quickly.
Interested to hear what you find!

Check V25 & air separator/V43.

I’m sure you have done this but check for any leaks on the Hanson lines or make sure you removed plastic pieces on the Diasafe filter. I’ve had machines fail Diasafe and I found the Hanson line had a drip that was causing the pressure not to be stable. I’ve also been in a hurry and forgot to remove the plastic tabs on the Diasafe and went crazy trying to troubleshoot until I found the tabs were still there.

Sorry for late response as i overlooked , I had an issue with a machine with diasafe leakage that was caused by loosed silicone hose connection at one of T connector. Maybe checked the circlip and hose connector to see if the hose is loosed . Especially the one T connector that connect V30 (drain ) , V29 ( re-circulation ) and V43 ( vent valve ) Also maybe Hansen connectors . Best wishes

Some quick things to check that i've had happen before: 1. Cracked hansons, or bad hanson o'rings. 2. The float bob casing was loose. 3. Leak in the dialyzer case - ziptie tubing 4. Motors needing brushes
Throwing the machine into heat can be really helpful for identifying small leaks. Hope this helps!

Had the same issue with a T-machine... turns out the wires to valve 28 were pinched between the bicarb and UF pump.
