I'll keep that in mind and order some new ones. Did they ever
have a recall on these or give customers free magnets to exchange
so this issue doesn't get this far?

Well, I ordered new pumps and hope that helps. Tech support had me check 1.13 to make sure the valves work
and they all do. Then they had me run 1.9 and it fails step 3. Would this be the pumps?

So, I have a question. I had another machine go down over the weekend and one this morning
with broken magnets. How do I go about filing a complaint with someone other than Braun?

Im doing this from the woods while on vacation with a very weak signal.
Make sure you save the parts and tell tech service you want to file a PIR. That escalates it to Germany.
You can also file a Medwatch report with the FDA.

Assembly tools 704130 (needed) consists of a pin torx bit (security bit) and a spacer tool for the new magnet alignment. Only need to purchase one time.
Retrofit gear pump kit. 34562310 to repair up to 10 pumps, I believe.
