I have a crazy issue that I have never seen in the 25 years I have been working for Fresenius.
I have 3T0S machines with around 40,000 hours.
As far as I know there wasn't any problems with the machine before I worked on it. It's really hard for me to admit that but it is what it is.
So I was completing an annual pm with all the normal steps involved in the pm.
I didn't have to rebuild the D or F motors but I did rebuild the inlet regulator and replaced the LP regulator. Outside of that everything was fine.
I had completed the pm and was running the machine through rinse. Then within 3 min it showed it had been interrupted.
I then went to put it back in rinse and the machine said the hansons were out. So I reseated the hansons and then it happen again. I noticed it was the blue line popping off.
I ran it again and was watching the flow indicator and the bob was shooting all the way to the top. So I am not sure where the extra pressure is coming from.
I went back and rebuilt all my pumps, check all pressures, ran a valve leak test (passed), checked valves 24,26 and 30.
The diasafe filter is due to be changed within a week or so. I went ahead and changed it with no success.
I'm sure I did something I just don't know what I did.
