2008T Bluestar with 11,xxx hr
Bibag is overfilling with no air gap. Tech services suggested v100, ribbon cable, or interface board...
So far I have swapped bibag assembly, bibag interface board, swapped actuator test, function, and interface boards from another good machine. the good machine has air gap in the bag..
Machine runs correct conductivity, correct bag pressure, but overfills the bag..
Any other suggestions?? The only bibag parts I haven't swapped is the door assembly and the 104/105 assembly..

Only time I’ve seen this the #1 and #2 hoses going to the bibag door were reversed. Don’t trust the labeling on the hoses as I’ve also found them to be incorrect from the factory. Follow them to verify
