Posting this because this is the first time I've ever had this happen and thought it might help someone else. I spent the better part of a week chasing my tail on a low flow error. It was only happening in dialysis mode. Everything would run fine for a minute then the condo would run up to 17, the temp would run around 34.5 (set at 37), and I'd get the flow error. After a minute it would go away and just as condo and temp would get back to normal, it would happen again.
The TS manual was less than helpful. It would lead me to a section where it would end with "This is your problem!" only to find that that wasn't my problem. After going through the TS manual multiple times I admit I just started throwing parts at it. Nothing seemed to work. Finally for some reason I started thinking maybe a blocked dialysate line so I took off the hansens to take a look at them and the lines. Lo and behold a ball bearing had come off of the red hansen and was blocking the line. Replaced the hansen and now have a working machine.
It's been years since I had a bad hansen that lost a bearing and usually they end up on the floor, not rolling back to block the line. The odds of this happening again are probably about the same as winning the lottery.

I once had a piece of plastic lodged in the hansen that broke off a dialyzer. I didn't even think about that happening, but now I'm more aware of anything is possible.

had a D machine once that we worked on for a long time found that the staff pushed the machine next to a wall heater and melted the delivery line closed enough but not all the way
