I am new to the bibag machines, when I change from the wall to jug acid, I get a v105 stuck closed , Is this normal, and how do I fix it

put machine in rinse it should clear, when switching from wa;ll to jug turn flow off first

First make sure that the wand you are using isn't the issue. I've seen that happen before. Does the machine run correct conductivity even with the error? If it does, transducer 106 could be the issue. If it does not, the machine isn't drawing acid from the jug.

We sometimes run into this at the Hospitals on the jugs. Make sure the wands are not blocked and the wands are not too tight on the jug, it needs to vent as the HD machine removes the fluid from the jug. Your loop is slightly pressurized, and obviously a jug is not. Also make sure the pressure transducers are self-calibrated (only takes a few seconds).

Transducer 106 is just so much fun to swap out. I hope never to meet the guy who designed the sub panel enclosure that involves this repair!!
