Hi everyone, I have a problem with a Dialog, the 7x10 rollers are unable to set correctly in their position. Is BBraun offer the option to change the roller size depending on the patient or it just sticks with the roller size when you buy? Fresenius gives you the ability to adjust the roller size but seems that BBraun does not. Moreover, what do I need to use BBraun on pediatric patients above 12kg? (Such as Bloodlines, dialyzer, and Config ). Your help is appreciated, guys.

The lowest volume bloodlines are the Streamlines. As far as I know, the Phoenix is the only machine still sold that is "approved" for pediatrics (with a specific software version). We had to buy 2 of these about 5 years ago for this reason. For a dialyzer we use the Fresenius F4. Most advocate to use CRRT for pediatrics because it is much gentler.

BBraun offers the option 7x10 Roller. You just have to adjust the tubing constant in TSM mode. every standart Bloodpump 8x12 can be used as a 7x10 with the correct roller
