it is software version 9.1 and the machine clamped the venous line, but it cant created the >500 mmHG pressure at PV.

When it clamps, put a tubing clamp under the clamp. Does the pressure go up and pass?

Causes we have seen are: 1. Blood pump roller. 2. Leaking venous luer connector. 3. Leaking A-V level block or A-V Pressure Monitor whichever you have.
Does the venous POD fill with saline?

Blood pump roller is a good one, or SAKV isn’t set to the right gap.

just out of curiosity (and since everyone beat me to the good answers XD ) how old are the blood lines you're using? sometimes I put a set in my desk drawer for re-use and after like a week they'll fail.

I have a clinic that overtightens the venous line to the PV manometer causing it to crack. How do I know they overtighten them? I have an insider !! It either causes bloodside to fail or tmp issues. It normally cracks at the nut on the inside and as soon as you try to remove the nut it will snap in half.

Folks , thanks for all the replies. The Venous manometer was leaking . I replaced, and the problem went away.
