I have a 2008k with a conductivity high and a temperature. At times the conductivity is stable at 14.3 but once the temp reaches 34.1 bypass goes off and it keeps fluctuating in and out of the bypass mode. I replaced both conductivity cells, both Dear/Flow with gear heads, NTC #3, Valve #24&26. Any help would be appreciated!

this will sound like an a-hole answer but.....
You can replace anything you want but if you do not calibrate and get your conductivity and temperature within the correct range of TCD(check the manuals) then bypass will activate.

If you manually put the machine in bypass by opening the shunt door, does the conductivity still fluctuate? Remember the Fresenius order of troubleshooting.
Understanding the ‘Order of Troubleshooting’ will lead to the root cause of a problem and NOT its effects. 1. External hydraulic leaks 2. No Water 3. Flow Errors 4. Temperature 5. Conductivity 6. Filling Programs (air sensed in the hydraulics) 7. TMP (Transmembrane Pressure) 8. Blood Leak 9. Pressure Test Failures
