I'm having trouble figuring this Bluestar(13,000 HRS) machine out. Checking the FLWP @800 flow, i'm looking for a FLWP=162. This one is reading 150 with the nut on the flow pump adjusted clockwise to the maximum. I replaced the pump with a new pump(2018, not really new but never used). This pump reads FLWP=140 @800 flow with the nut turned clockwise max. The motor brushes were replaced 9 months ago and seems pretty strong. Am I missing something or should I try a newer pump thinking maybe this pump wasn't good from the start?

There are 2 parts to this. There is the wet end and the actual motor side. Did you replace both or just the motor side? I would replace the wet end as that where the gears and thing that effect the FLWP

Turn the nut counter clockwise.

Turning the nut counter clockwise did the opposite. I ended up replacing the flow pump. FLWP at a steady 161 without dropping over time. Thanks for your posts.
