Got a Fresenius 2008 T machine with 28000 hours that when the flow is set to 800 the TMP alarms. When lowered to 500, TMP stablizes and no alarms. Have used the FKC troubleshooting guide for TMP issues to no avail. Have checked for tiny leaks with a flashlight and found nothing. Its a stumper. Any help would be appriciated.

Change the Diasafe filter on the machine.

Have you checked your Flow motor brushes and made sure you are using soft brushes over hard(dearation)? I had this problem before and Technical Support told me to make sure the soft brushes were in the flow motor, when I changed them the problem went away. I started with the Diasafe Filter and the problem remained.

Go to Dialysis mode, set you Dialysate Flow at 800, then go to debug screen, watch your ACFS if its dropping to 0.0. If so, replaced your CFS.

I had calibrated the Venous and Dialysate pressures as well. I also checked degas and flow brushes too. Someone suggested changing the diasafe filter. Ill try that and see. Thanks.
