Have a clinic with 2008T bluestars with about 15k hours on the machines... Currently, I am replacing balancing chamber membranes during PMs; however, every time I do so, I have issues getting temp within parameters (usually runs about 1 degree higher than set temp). I have tried calibrating the temp sensors and temp control, which I can successfully, but when I put the bibag back on and run the machine, I have the same problems with temp running 1 degree higher then set temp. No issues with conductivity or any other errors present. Any help is appreciated...

I'd say something like "it's pretty early for a bc to break" but I'm actually dealing with the same issue, only 9k miles.
I run a clinic with 40k hour machines, non bibag. A torn diaphragm will quite honestly mess up everything. Fix that first. Second I'd ask , is this "in-center" or an "aku" setting? Aku's bleach ALOT more than in-center, due the the unknown hep factor, and most use vinegar over citra-clean, which eats the hell out of the heat exchangers.
That's what Iv got on my plate rn, figured I'd speak up.

Are you calibrating the temp with the wands plugged into jugs? If so try calibrating with the bibag on the machine. The water from the hydro chamber is heated vs the acid and bicarb from the jugs at room temp. Temp DACs on jugs usually are around 154 and when the bibag is installed the DAC drops to around 140ish. There is your one degree.
