I have a new Blue star 520Hrs on it. Just started Flow recirc error 1 during Heat disinfect. Rinses fine. Flow,Dear, Loading, inlet pressures all within range. no kinks. I replaced V29 since that seemed to be a popular fix, made it 10mins into heat before error came back. I'm stumped. Looked through the TS guide, same issue. any suggestions before calling Tech support

That few of hours would lead me to believe that one of the brushes in the Deaer or flow motors is hung up.

Brushes being uneven or hung up seem to be the most common fix for this, then i would replace V29(recirc valve), the finally transducer(most expensive part of the three).

I had this issue when I had a new machine at my clinic and the fix was a new loading pressure valve/or flow relief valve. All my pressures were fined but for some reason I’d still get a flow recirc error. Specially because it was a newer machine I didn’t think of it.

if you have this flow recirc error 1 on a bibag machine at same time the machine is struggling with a v104/v108 this can be your issue as well

Just had this issue a couple of weeks ago. This forum and others helped. Issue ended up being the loading pressure regulator. It calibrated correctly but process of elimination led back to it.

I just had one recently where the loading pressure would drop during heat at 80 degrees plus. Never failed during the heat up portion. Ended up being the deair motor. Calibration pressures were always spot on. Was also giving an intermittent negative pressure failure. (could never duplicate that one in testing)

Just had the same issue. It was the loading pressure regulator even though the pressures were fine.

Hello Everyone, Mine was solved by opening up the Dearation motor and found the 68 brushes inside that were worn, and it was basically a new motor from the looks of it, I also opened up the Flow motor (also looked new) and found 67 brushes inside. Found this a couple times on new motors lately, not sure why, but changed them both to what they are suppose to be and Error went away
