Does anyone have a recommendation for maintenance software? My current one is changing and becoming very expensive.

We use FTMaintenance from FasTrak Softworks. It is more complex and has more abilities than we will ever use. The only thing we use of it is for tracking repairs and maintenance costs. I'm not certain but I think the license fee is like $1500 per year per user. User isn't really a good term because you can pay for 1 user and have many different techs with their own log-in, the catch is only 1 can be logged in at a time. FasTrak Softworks

Thank you both. I appreciate your help with this. I have a demo set up with Operize on Wednesday. I had to leave a message with FT Softworks. I should know quickly what I intend to do.

I like to keep up with what's out there, even if I'm not in the market. I just had a demo of operize yesterday. It's a very well thought out and comprehensive dialysis specific application. It's so comprehensive that it has quite a few features that I would never use. Not because they aren't good features, just that the way my company does things they wouldn't be useful. One thing I really liked was is that you can have digital log sheets. If a RO gauge reading is outside of set parameters, it will email a notification instead having to rely on the clinical staff to call you.
If you're looking for maintenance software, I highly recommend taking a look at Operize.

Maybe this depends on the site but any ballpark on annual costs for the operize? Pricing is usually considered confidential. Contact them, I'm sure they will give you a quote.

The www in the first link forces it to be unsecured (http://) and therefore, invalid for site access. The second link is secured (https://).
