I have a machine that is giving a Heat Relay Test Fail alarm about 30 seconds into dialysis mode. Any thoughts on what is causing this? I have already replaced the Triac, 24 V relay, Heater switch, Bridge rectifier , and Power control board as part of another problem.

UPDATE: Replaced Power Logic Board with new one problem resolves

Looking for suggestions, I have a 6t (26000) hours, this is the first time I have seen this issues. I have followed everything in this post and still have same issue. Does anyone know of anything else I could try? Any information is greatly appreciated.

go thru ts guide they have a good section on power problems could be cables or motherboard
