Here is a cross reference file to identify new part numbers. Mar-Cor-Part-Number-Cross-Reference_Final.xls (969 KB) Complaint: Nobody in customer service notified me of this changed even when I called to order a part. Customer service replied that part number has changed. You can find this file on Evoqua website. This may help someone.

They've also transitioned to Evoqua's even more inflated prices and everything being on backorder!

A bit of trivia. If you started out with a ZyzaTech RO and kept it, how many different companies would you have dealt with between then and now?

Osmonics bought Zyzatech in 1999. GE water bought Osmonics in 2001. Mar Cor bought dialysis water products div from GE in 2007. Steris purchased Cantel Medical including Mar Cor in 2021. Evoqua purchased Mar Cor in 2022. Xylem purchased Evoqua, including Mar Cor div in 2023. 6 distinct changes in ownership. I worked for Gambro Water Systems from 1998 until 2010 when we were purchased by Mar Cor. I stayed with Mar Cor until August, 2023. Now I’m a simple Biomed with DaVita.

I knew the original owner of Mar Cor when he ran it from the shop he built in his "backyard" in Harleysville, PA. Virtually every (if not all) employees were previously in the Marine Corp (where "Mar Cor" came from). He held the company to a very high standards from everyone's appearance, quality of work and the cleanliness of their work vehicles. He was interested in selling the company for a good while and had a number of offers that he turned down because he didn't think they would uphold his standards. He finally sold the company to Minntech (I don't remember the year). Under Minntech ownership things were pretty unchanged. It wasn't till Cantel purchased them that they lost key employees and started to go downhill.

I think the above posts are very interesting.
In 2000, we bought ZyzaTech Millenium ROs. I think they had about four people doing tech support. They were very friendly and helpful.
In 2005, our medical director wanted ultrapure water for a new dialysis unit that was in the planning stages. He wanted the Gambro WRO. My boss and I visited a Gambro dialysis facility to take a look at it. My boss was very uncomfortable with the WRO because it was totally new to him. I remember the sales rep, Greg, told us not to worry because he had no plans of ever leaving the company. Anyway, the WRO project fell apart because the State of California refused to approve the use of PEX in a dialysis facility on a hospital campus.

I am very unhappy with the quality control coming from Evaquo or whatever its called now. color coded wires that need to be reversed and no memo was put out. now i received HX reservoirs where the lid was put on upside down on All 4. This is getting ridiculous

I don't think we have placed an order yet that something wasn't on back order.
