insure you are following the instructions I thought that you needed to turn the flow off in dialyze before you enter service mode I cant remember

I'm having the same problem with the new 2008T Bluestar. For awhile there I thought i was loosing my mind. Spent half a day tying new things I even change the The transducer #9 three times and same BS. Tomorrow I will try a new Sensor board..

I have Bluestar machines and have come across this issue a few times. Sometimes just turning the machine off and back on will fix it. If that doesn't work, try reseating all boards in card cage. If that doesn't work, replace sensor board. If sensor board doesn't fix it, replace function board.
I've found that the only time I've had to replace the transducer #9 is when my Bluestars fail tmp and optical detect in self test. Sounds crazy but that's been the fix every time.
Also make sure that the transducers you are using are not the recalled versions! 370506-22 is the correct part number.

Placed HD System into Dialysis Mode with 500 ml/in QD. Then, calibrate your Dialysate pressure. You are getting that error because your QD is not in 500ml/min during calibration.

I would have the flow at 500,but it would not let me calibrate at -250.I called tech support and he said try to alternate the flow from 500 to 800 and then back to 500.Did not work.Jyst have to keep going in and out of the calibration mode until the value in the box on the calibration screen is below 120 or so.If that value is low enough,I have no problem completing the calibration. Thanks for all the imput!Valuable information!
