I have a machine that I haven't been able to figure out. i have replaced the analog board, digital board, CF card and mother board but it still will not auto start in the mornings to rinse. i did swap the power supply with another machine to verify that it was not the power supply. what else could it possible be? i have also master booted it and wiped the machine to reinstall all settings and calibrations.

How do you have it programmed? Is it with the sun and the moon?

If you are using the weekly schedule in TSM, (right side, calendar), you put in a start time (24 hour format) in the bottom bar for each day. You must also have RINSE enabled and not disabled. If you are using the Automatic Start (this depends on your software version) which includes the red and blue clocks, they are programmed in TSM (9.1E only) or in Disinfection screen (9.1B or below). Remember, in order for a machine to "wake up" [red clock], it must "go to sleep" [blue clock] the night before. That means the power switch is in the ON position the night before.
