Havent seen in errors but vent tube Continues to spit. Heat exchanger maybe float switch? Any other suggestions?

Havent seen in errors but vent tube Continues to spit. Heat exchanger maybe float switch? Any other suggestions? 99% of the time if it’s happening in heat only it’s a hole in your heat exchanger. Won’t show any errors as well.

a small amount of water is also normal

The other part to check is the inlet pressure regulator. If the pressure spikes to the pressure in your water loop when the machine is in heat disinfect, water can leak out the vent hose.

Just had this happen to me the other day at one of my hospitals. New heat exchanger and the problem was fixed. Hope it helps!

You have a hole in your heat exchanger. Replace heat exchanger and water inlet regulator then call it a day.
