I have a blue star upgraded T-machine with bi-bag that does not verify the clic device. I get the message, "Crit-Line on Filter?" This clic device works on another machine, so it's a good device. I have already replaced the functional board with a new one, I've replaced the USB port twice as well. Called tech support and they stated that I've pretty much done everything. Am I missing something here?

Every clic device I used worked on another machine, just not on this machine. I will try the motherboard when I get one in. See if that does the trick.

Tried the UI-Mics board, but still the same outcome. Will be trying a motherboard when I get one in.

Did you try swapping the USB line on the monitor. I had this issue and it fixed mine.

I'd call tech support again and get R () N to send a tech to come and repair it for you. Keep applying the pressure on him to get a tech do it so you can spend your time on other matters.
you could try to do a back to back to check the boards before swapping them out again.

So, this is what I've done so far. I wasn't getting power to the Clic device at first, so I replaced the USB front port on the screen. Mind you, this is the second time I replaced it due to the first time it not verifying a few weeks prior. Now back into the present. I turned on the machine and the Clic device had no power. So, I replaced the Functional Board because that's what powers and controls the Clic device. Finally got power, but still did not verify. Installed a UIMICS board from a known working machine for good measure with the same outcome. Called Tech support and they pretty much said I've already done all I can do. All that is lacking to try a new motherboard. I replaced the motherboard with a new one today with the same outcome. Clic device was not Verifying. I'm at a loss. Not sure what else to do. The Crit-Line option is set to ON. Not sure if I should try another USB port. I am getting power; it's just not verifying. Not aware of any reset or any other settings that can help. I've even spoken to the tech support for the Clic device and they too said I've have already done everything that they could think of.

I tried putting in another functional board together with the working EEPROM from a working machine, but I'm thinking because of this new software, it is not allowing me to go into dialysis in T&C Mode. This machine was upgraded to Blue Star software and components a couple of months ago. Could be because it can't read the machines serial number and hours. I would hate to spend 350 bucks just to find out it still doesn't work.

I had a handful of issues with with the Crit-Lines when we first got them where they would randomly stop verifying, and this was able to resolve most of my problems. Have you tried the recalibration in service mode and verified you are using the correct serial number?
