try calibrating the clic device in service mode. Where you put in the device serial #. Have had this work on occasions with them not verifying I agree with Thor. I had a handful of issues with with the Crit-Lines when we first got them where they would randomly stop verifying, and this was able to resolve most of my problems. Have you tried the recalibration in service mode and verified you are using the correct serial number? At Thor and Icebonez, sorry, I didn't get an email notifying me of a new comment on this forum. I have not tried calibrating in service mode. How do I go about doing this? I see no place in service mode where this is done. The only place where I type in a serial number is in the Update Software page under S/N & Hour Meter. But that only allows me to add the machine serial number. Be advised, I have a Clic device without the monitor. This device plugs into the machine directly. I have a T Machine with bluestar upgrade.

I have not tried calibrating in service mode. How do I go about doing this? I see no place in service mode where this is done. The only place where I type in a serial number is in the Update Software page under S/N & Hour Meter. In service mode, first go to Options > Module Options. Under the Misc. section on the left, verify that " Crit-Line" is enabled by selecting the " Yes" option and hitting confirm. Next, go to Maint. > Crit-Line Calibration. The machine will then ask you connect the CliC Device to the plastic filter and to enter the 4 digit serial number. This is found inside the clear plastic next to the filter piece and it is case sensitive. Hit confirm, and then confirm again to start the calibration. Once it says calibration successful, you should be good to go back into dialysis mode and verify. It is worth noting I am on software version 2.74 on a BlueStar Premium machine, and this is how I did my setups. I do not know if your machine will be any different, but it should at least give you an idea where to look.

Icebonez, The Crit-Line Calibration worked. Thanks for the help. As long as I've worked with these devices, I've never had to calibrate a clic device. Usually just replace it and forget about it.

I just had the same issues and tried a few things but decided to go back and just turn the Clic device off (in service mode), then back on. Solved the problem and allowed me to calibrate and then verify the device. Hope it works for you.
