This is a 9.12 machine. One of the green lights on the side of monitor will not turn off ever. When I go to the light check in tsm and turn the green light on the one that is always on just gets brighter and when turning off it stays on. The green light on the other side and also both red and yellow lights behave normally.

We've only had the opposite problem of the lights being out. I would try the OSD Board (#3451429A).

FYI: There is current flowing through that board at all times when the machine is powered on. I like to tell people to try this out: 1. Turn on machine and let it be set to Therapy selection screen (HD or Disinfect). 2. Turn out all lights, make the room as dark as possible. 3. Using a cardboard tube from a toilet paper roll, hold it against an OSD board, trying to not let light from the display leak in. 4. Carefully place one eye to look into the tube, again try to keep the display light from affecting your vision. 5. You should see a faint red light near the top of the display. It will be one tiny led (from the red COB array) that is faintly lit. It provides a continuity path through the boards back to the MB.
The GREEN COB might have a short or resistance path to the power source allowing some diodes to turn on, hence the dim light.
