insufficient flow ?
Monthly PM not recording PM machine keeps saying Monthly required ? performed 3x
Hardware issue ?
anyone had these constant issues? so frustrating

Yes and No. Clinics in our areas used to have issues every other month last year but after we all got the 6 month long backordered periodic kit that has the new batch of colorimeter modules it's been pretty much solved. Also, the last update with the sd card fixed the bubble alarms and what not too. Make sure you got the latest software.
I take it you've installed a new colorimeter & still have issues? I would reach out to Hach tech support.
Tricks that I've found when doing the PM is to flush with 300ml or more RO water after the bleach cycle. Also, during the bleach cycle don't fill the tray all the way up with the bleach & if you do 300ml of RO should clear off the residuals "dried" up at the top of the fill tray. I fill the tray with the bleach slow and low.
As for the insufficient flow alarms, check your incoming water pressure and check the filter in the check valve. Even if the incoming pressure is good, the fouled up filter will cause problems. Could also be operator error, if the techs forget to close the sample valve, leaving it open or having it fully blasted on when the cm130 is taking measurements.
