Hello, anyone encountered this issue before? I have checked the coupling O-rings and the dialyzer and they were fine.

Check the conductivity sensors for leakage

Also If your unit only uses liquid bicarb and never bicarb cartridge it is possible that a build up of bicarb in the bicarb holder is causing air to be drawn in at the bicarb holder seals which are no longer sealing correctly. Or even a build up of bicarb on the t piece just before the bicarb pump can also cause air ingress Small cracks on the condo sensors at the o-rings are usually the cause though
