Just to add some info to this post, because there is more to what is happening than what you read. The key word is timing -- from my experience. Why is that? The BC unit must complete the two cycles within a certain time frame (from my observations, VBICP is only open for about 28 seconds). Both FPE AND FPA must push their membranes to their end points within a set time limit. Also, FPE must pull a sufficient quantity a fluid out of the cartridge, through the BC, DDE, DF Filter to VBP, then LA then FPA. Any restrictions to slow that process, or any weak gear pumps will throw the timing off and can cause the warning message.
