I have a T machine (20K hours), was brought back for a flow error.
Replaced the CFS #10 and that fixed the error. Went back out to the floor and was pulled again for BiBag venting and Low conductivity.
Rinsed and checked for an airlocked bicarb/acid pump (no air locks).
Any insights would be EXTREMELY appreciated.

Was the machine actually displaying low conductivity? Or was it displaying Bibag Conductivity Low??
Venting is normal. It may vent 15 seconds or 2 mins. Id look for a leak just make sure you didn't pull anything loose.
If it was displaying Bibag Conductivity Low, you need to calibrate Bicarb Conductivity Cell. If is was displaying Low Conductivity, you'll need to check calibrations on bicarb pump. You could also try to recalibrate dialysate pressure.

Before you start calibration or replacing part, make sure your Bic Mon Cond is +/- 23 from the TCB. If the Bic Mon Cond is out the limit, calibrate the following in order: 1. Desecration & Loading pressure (you want all your pressure within range especially the loading pressure) 2. Flow pressure 3. Bibag Conductivity cell. (Make sure you use RO water for the ACID not 2k, 3k, etc… ) NOTE: With Bibag, you have to make sure staff writes down exactly what the error is showing. Not just, “Oh its a FLOW ERROR.”
