Hello, I have been having an ongoing intermittent v105 stuck closed error on a 2008T Bluestar with bibag (1T0S if it matters) that's driving me crazy. I'm currently following a guide for this which started with a pressure regulator calibration, which threw an Acid Pres Error code. I replaced the pressure regulator below v105 as well as tape down the distribution cable inside the tan box under v105/v104. Replacing the pressure transducer allowed me to calibrate the pressure regulator without an Acid Pres Error banner. Next it says to do a full rinse and pull up debug screen 15 and watch acid and bicarb pressure. Both pressures got to +800 as they were supposed to and dropped down low at the end of rinse, down to 30s.
According to the guide I should be fine except for one line that says during a rinse my acid and bicarb pressure should fluctuate between +400s and +800s but this is not happening for me. My Bicarb pressure does +400s and +800s but my acid pressure cycles betweens +600s and +800s which doesn't seem right. Before I put this thing back together, can someone tell me if this is ok or if it is an issue that my acid pressure does not cycle down to +400s during a rinse.
Thanks in advance

Mine do the same thing (1T0S's as well). I think it is just the wording in the guide being unclear. *look of shock and amazement*

One of the things that iv discovered with bibag is that when you rinse these with the v104,105,106 what have your error, is to go through the complete rinse, and press confirm on the touchpad, not the enter key. ( this came from tech services when i first started out) and it has held fairly true to this day, esp for the early morning ppl who try to shrotcut it on startup, dont let it finish, you get a v104/106 stuck, and they pull it at 4am.

go through the complete rinse, and press confirm on the touchpad, not the enter key. I cannot overstate how valuable this piece of information is. I have had more bibag machines than I can count showing weird errors and messages that have been fixed by allowing the rinse to complete and hitting confirm. It is also important to note that the bibag pressure transducers are not only "calibrated" on the annual PM and at the end of a rinse cycle, but also EVERY time the bibag door is opened or closed. This means that if your staff is not properly draining the bibag prior to removing it (or waiting 30 seconds to depressurize if during a treatment) you will see issues more often than not. That might not be the issue with your machines, but I think it still helps for troubleshooting mechanical failures verses troubleshooting operator error (I literally just learned this from my bibag class 2 days ago).
