I have a machine that I replaced V105. Afterwards the machine started with the flow going through the blue port not the blue dialysate line. Both motors are turning the correct direction. I did replace valves 24 and 25 thinking that one of them was sticking open. Machine is not giving any flow errors. It will rinse and bleach but it will not pass the diasafe test. Checked all connections to see if something was reversed and everthing is identical to another machine. Could this be a board issue?

It seems weird that the problem developed after you replaced valve 105. Are you sure the valve you installed is working properly?

check also v104 and v108 as you may have disconnected a valve on replacement also check your distribution brd to insure everything hooked up correctly

Sorry for the late post but I pulled a rookie move and had the tubing switched.
