I have a T-Machine with bi-bag that has its temperature hovering at 37.5 on both meter and machine. I've checked all my pressures, and they are good. I replaced the thermistor on the hydro chamber due to the wires being frayed. I calibrated the temperature sensor, post temperature sensor, and temperature control. Tested machine and still the same result. Temp does go down 37.2 or .3 when on 500 DFR, but when it's back to 800 DFR, temp shoots back up. The power logic board is also fairly new due to the Bluestar upgrade.

If your clinic uses bi-bag's on the machines try calibrating the temp with just the acid plugged in. If you are not using bi-bags use both acid and bicarb plugged in when calibrating. See if that helps with the temp issue.

When calibrating a Bibag machine, plug your acid into your jug or wall port and leave your bicarb in the port on the front of the machine. Bibag machines when using the bag, use tempered water and because of this you temp dac values will need to change to reflect this. Your temp DAC value will drop and your temperatures will come back in line to where they are suppose to be.... Some people will say it doesn't matter but let me tell you the DAC values will drop 6-10 points. I wonder where ThereAreSomeWhoCallMeTim learned this??? ha!

The temperature calibration issue with bibag has come up several times. I am going to copy it to the tips and tricks section.

I apologize for the very late response, but I appreciate the advice. The calibration provided in this thread did the trick. Something to add to my arsenal of knowledge going forward.
