So I have a machine that was giving an frantic alarm system error alarm with the siren this has happened on other machines so I saved my calibrations and re-loaded 9.1b software on this particular machine but when re-loading software the screen would freeze up or software would not fully load and freeze during install. After consulting with Braun it was recommended to change the mother board which I have done loaded the software with no issues but now I have no touchscreen function... after triple checking my connections and swapping the entire monitor I can figure out what's wrong I am thinking its a bad board but Braun thinks otherwise
The only other thing I can think of is the CF card....I used the old card to put into the new board I have a new backup card and I am about to swap those cards to see if it makes a difference.... I had plenty of machines with the same issue and never encountered this problem I would simply re-load software re-load calbrations change some settings and I was good to go!!! what are your thoughts??
