I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and he mentioned that he had stumbled across a document from Mar Cor that announced the End of Life date of the Mar Cor/Biolab 4400M RO Machine. The EoL date is December 31, 2029. The 4400M is a workhorse of a machine and was one of the few machines available that are still chemically disinfected. Surprisingly, they are apparently still carrying the 23G which historically has been riddled with problems. All of my facilities were built before heat disinfection was a thing so they are not plumbed with heat tolerable materials. I can't imagine the cost of keeping a facility open 6 days/week while having it completely replumbed. 4400 EOL Letter.pdf (19.14 KB)

When they installed our Aquaboss system in our 6 day (12 station) facility, the installers started working on the loop as soon as the last patient walked out the door. They worked fairly late into the evening (9pm - 10pm). They installed PEX and wrapped it with insulation. Four guys knocked this out pretty fast. These guys don't waste time.

Thank you for the heads up. I have this system and it seems like (the only one ive ever used) it is a great RO.

View Attachmentwere in the process rn of swaping a 23g to a cwp at one of ours, and they basically did what qman213 said, installed a temp system, marcor brough in a multi-di rack, the guys come as soon as the clinics done. vola.
