Hello,
I have a T-machine with around 11500 hrs that does a flow recirc error 1 at 17 mins during heat.
I have already replaced the diasafe filter, rebuilt my deaeration and flow motor, replaced valve 29, swapped the motor heads, replaced pressure relief valve and loading pressure valve, and calibrated.
What else can I do to fix it?

Double check that your motor brushes aren't hung up

On page 198 of the troubleshooting guide, there is a procedure for checking the dialysate pressure sensor. The machine uses the dialysate pressure sensor to sense flow in the heat disinfect mode. That seems to be an area you haven't checked. It also checks valves 24, 25, 29 and 43.
I am assuming everything runs fine in dialysis mode.

Yes, it passes test and everything runs fine in dialysis mode/

I checked the brushes of both my motors, they were still good and I reseated them correctly. I noticed that when I was calibrating the deaeration pressure, the pressure gauge reading was just steady on -25psi instead of it like going up and down. I know normally when I calibrate deaeration pressure, the reading goes up and down and not steady.

Found the culprit, it was valve 25! The o-ring inside it was rekt although it has 63 ohms and it clicks. Thank you for your help everyone!

How old are your gear heads? My machines are 10k hrs if you look on the back of the gearhead ( most components in fact) you can see date production codes like the one pictured below. Kw or " Kalenderwoche" is used in Germany to denote the calander week and year an object is produced, this one being the 11/13 or the 11th week of 2013. i only asked as 4 years is about how long we get out of ours, but at 10k hours you really shouldnt be haveing to do too much in that reguard. then again, mileage varies.
